Hamdan Al Mohsen Building Contracting LLC (HAMBC) was established in 2002 in the U.A.E. It is among the developed and modernised contracting companies in the United Arab Emirates, formed by bringing together a highly motivated team of engineers and support staff with long track records in the country.

04MEP Works

Complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems engineered, installed, tested and commissioned to UAE standards — coordinated with the build programme rather than bolted on afterwards.

MEP is sequenced against the civil programme so first fix goes in before finishes close the walls and ceilings, avoiding the rework that delays handover on poorly coordinated sites.
